I left BLACK HARVEST the way it was.
Short. I didn't want to pad it. It has
a structural integrity I didn't want to tinker with.
You pull on a thread in there, the whole edifice
unravels. Collapses. I figured I'd write a sequel
and combine the two, or, if the second one is longer,
consider the first one backstory. What I needed to
get straight in my head before I wrote the second one.
First, could I do it? I answered that question.
