All in a Day's Work

I went to Schmooze II in Jackson, Michigan, at the stately
Crowbar manor. I met Crowbar, who published Forty.
Blaster Al, who wrote an afterword to Forty called
"Jack Saunders Revisited," reprinted in BLASTER: The Blaster Al
Ackerman Anthology
, published by Simeon Stylites. I met him.
Roger Jackson drove over from Ann Arbor to meet me. He later published--
commissioned--several chapbooks, including I Only Read It for the Ads,
about attending Glamourcon 1999, with Brenda as my cameraperson,
where she took the picture of Glori-Anne Gilbert sitting on my lap
looking as innocent as the day is long. As naked as a jaybird.

All in a day's work.
Model, actress, dancer, stripper, bikini-lawnmower-service operator.
I was a senior information development specialist at a fiber-optic cable factory.
Brenda was the project manager on the installation of a predictive dialer
and a voice-over-IP telephone service at Comcast.
Our secret life.
