If you turn up Highway 81, at Bruce,
to go towards I-10, at Ponce de Leon, you'll pass through Red Bay.
You'll
pass Red Bay Golf Course and RV Park Estates. 18 holes with cart for $15.
If you take 280, at Red Bay, you'll go through Euchee Valley, a lovely drive
into DeFuniak Springs, the back way.
Old Folks liked to take the scenic route.

The Walton County website says there are three cities in Walton County:
DeFuniak Springs, Freeport, and Paxton.
This ignores South Walton County
because it's spread out along Highway 30A. And, now, either side of Highway 98.
Which is like saying the three cities in Palm Beach County are Clewiston, Belle Glade,
and Pahokee, and ignoring the towns along Highway A1A, US-1. and I-95.
