I attended a workshop on how to apply for a state grant

as an arts organization in an underserved community.

I called myself Dawn of Time Productions (DTP),

and my slogan was, “In desktop publishing before

the IBM PC.” I drew a logo I called Worm the Arts.

Get rid of arts parasites. Arts bureaucrats

and arts hangers-on. Arts commissars

and arts apparatchiks.
