The Phoenician Gourmet

We asked at the train depot where to eat and the woman who rang up our purchases recommended a restaurant in town called the Phoenician Gourmet.

We ordered the seafood special. Fried red snapper with a dried-tomato sauce, rice, and mixed vegetables.

We each had a spinach and mushroom salad. Hummus and flatbread came as an hors d'oeuvre.

I think the fish was tilapia.

Vietnamese tilapia.

The rest of the meal was okay.
