The biggest snook my friend ever caught was 40 lb,
but that's a huge one.
I'll call him Rob, for Robalo Abodabo,
or Snook in Chile Ancho Sauce. You can
also use poblano peppers.
His father used to be a farmer. He grew tomatoes, green
peppers,
string beans. I remember loading beans at Butts Farms bean platform,
you
had a fire brigade line and threw the hampers from a truck, up into
a refrigerator
car. The guy on the ground would catch them, coming down,
off the truck, and
pitch them up, into the boxcar. The reefer.

The wire handles would cut your hands. Jack Neff and I later Sunday-painted
out there. Now it is Town Center Mall and Destroying Angel Patio Homes.
